3 areas to log 47 degrees Celsius today

Aparri and Tuguegarao City in Cagayan, along with the Isabela State University Echague in Isabela, will reach a dangerous heat index of 47 degrees Celsius today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
