BOC raises P102.5 million from auction of Discaya cars

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has raised P102.468 million through auction of the luxury vehicles of Curlee and Sarah Discaya, who were linked to the anomalous flood control and infrastructure scandal in the past year.
