Comelec 95 percent ready for BSKE

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said it is 90 to 95 percent ready for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) on Nov. 2 and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) elections set for Sept. 14.
