DFA: Philippines law enforcers not targeting Chinese

Philippine law enforcement operations are not directed against any nationality, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said yesterday, in response to concerns raised by the Chinese embassy over the “frequent” apprehension of its nationals.
