DOJ asked: Summon Padilla over Bato’s disappearance

The National Bureau of Investigation has recommended that the Department of Justice officially summon Sen. Robinhood Padilla to explain the disappearance of fugitive Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa from Senate custody.
