'Domeng' slightly gains strength as it stays over Philippine Sea

Severe Tropical Storm Domeng (international name: Jangmi) slightly intensified as it continued moving northwestward over the Philippine Sea east of Northern Luzon, the state weather bureau said Saturday, May 30.
