DPWH, PRA halt reclamation in Taguig

The Department of Public Works and Highways and the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) have issued a cease-and-desist order against an unauthorized reclamation project along the Taguig waterfront, DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said yesterday.
