Ex-VP aide needs more time after NBI subpoena

he National Bureau of Investigation has summoned Jeffrey Tupas, who reportedly served as information officer of Davao City when Vice President Sara Duterte was mayor, as part of its investigation into alleged plunder, graft and money laundering.
