Inday’s impact in Metro Manila felt by weekend

Metro Manila will experience Typhoon Inday’s “significant” impact over the weekend, even after being downgraded to typhoon category, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said yesterday.
