Josie weakens to LPA ahead of PAR exit

Tropical storm Josie weakened into a low-pressure area (LPA) ahead of its exit from the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) yesterday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
