Lacson lauds DFA chief over Iran oil deal

Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson has commended Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Ma. Theresa Lazaro for her “quiet diplomacy” in securing the safe passage of Philippine-flagged vessels, energy shipments and Filipino seafarers through the Strait of Hormuz.
