Lacson: Perpetual public office ban possible for inducing perjury

Public officials who orchestrate false testimonies by inducing others to commit perjury can be prosecuted as principal perpetrators and face a lifetime ban from holding government office, Sen. Panfilo Lacson warned yesterday.
