Marcoleta, Defensor may be charged with subornation of perjury

Sen. Rodante Marcoleta and former congressman Mike Defensor may have another legal problem on their plate for “coaching” the Blue Ribbon committee testimony of alleged ex-Marine Orly Guteza last year.
