Marcos opens CALAX Subsection 3; toll waived

Travelers in the southern part of Luzon now have the option to bypass heavily congested local roads in Cavite as Subsection 3 of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), which extends the toll road to the Governor’s Drive Interchange in General Trias, is operational.
