Ombudsman subpoenas House for Gabonada's SALNs in flood control probe

Ombudsman Boying Remulla has ordered the House of Representatives to turn over all wealth declarations of Deputy Secretary General Sofonias "Ponyong" Gabonada Jr. for its ongoing probe into irregularities in infrastructure projects.
