Ombudsman suspends LTFRB chief, OTC chair over P13.3-B computer fees

The Ombudsman has ordered the six-month unpaid suspension of LTFRB Chairman Vigor Mendoza II and OTC Chairperson Teofilo Guadiz III over the continued use of an old IT system that charged motorists P13.3 billion in additional computer fees.
