Red rainfall warning up over Metro Manila, other areas in Luzon

Metro Manila and several provinces in Luzon were placed under a red rainfall warning on Saturday, August 29, as the southwest monsoon or habagat continued to bring heavy rains and threaten flooding in some areas.
