Romualdez to ombudsman: Junk complaints

Leyte 1st district Rep. and former speaker Martin Romualdez said the plunder, graft and other criminal complaints over his alleged links to the multibillion-peso flood control scandal should be dismissed following the recantation of Zaldy Co’s former security aide Orly Guteza.
