SC junks contempt petition vs Tito Sotto over Sara Duterte impeach ruling

In a statement on Tuesday, October 13, the Supreme Court en banc ruled that Sotto’s public criticisms of the Court’s decision in Duterte v. House of Representatives et al. (G.R. Nos. 278353 and 278359) fall within the bounds of protected free speech and expression.
