Trump says Venezuela’s Maduro has been captured to face US charges

The legal authority for an attack plucking Venezuela’s sitting leader from office was not clear. The U.S. says Nicolás Maduro will face charges in New York. He was indicted in 2020 on “narco-terrorism” conspiracy charges.
